NEWS |
▫ There will be no classification for the “NOT COMPETITIVE” category; |
▫ It is possible to get a certification of participation for an amount of € 2,00; |
▫ shuttle-bus service will be offered free of charge. It will connect the start area with the arrival area and vice versa; |
▫ It is possible to transport free of charge the garments from the start to the arrival zone;
The bags will exclusively have to contain the garments for the post competition change;
The same must be delivered to the organization at least 30 minutes before the start;
The organization guarantee to take the maximum care in collecting, in transporting and to redelivering the bags;
The organization is not responsible losses or dismays of the same. Insofar and it won't effect any reimbursement;

▫ The "ciaspole" (snow-shoes) will have to be returned within three days from the date of the competition. |

ATTENTION |
For all the competitive starters it is obligatory to wear the traditional "ciaspole" (snow-shoes) or those in plastics (not small size). Therefore those who arrive with not regular snow-shoes or with different size, will be automatically disqualified In conformity with the rules of the Europe's Cup. |

| 1. NOT COMPETITIVE SECTOR |

The competition with snow-shoes "LA CIASPOLADA" will take place in VAL DI NON on an itinerary of around 8 Km.
The registration must be sent to the Organizing Committee with the relative fee.
No telephone registrations are taken into consideration.
The amount paid by competitors who do not compete will not be reimbursed. |

IT IS NOT' ALLOWED TO REPLACE THE NAMES OF THE COMPETITORS |

The registration gives right to participate to the competition, to the refreshments and the individual or groups awards as stated from the organizing committee. Every other service it is to consider charge of the starters.
The maximum time to complete the run is two hours
Fixed and occasional controls will be effected.
The organizing committee can anticipate the expire date during the registration in relationship to the number of the enrolled.
Late registrations will be rejected with reimbursement.
The organizing committee vary the run and the duration of the competition without limitations, according to the weather conditions and snowfall and organize a rural run in case of an absolute absence of snow.
In all these cases the fee for the registration or the rental of the "ciaspole" will not be reimbursed.
The organization is not responsible for the physical fitness of the athletes according to the regulation no. D.M. 28 02 1993 from the Italian Department of Health.

| 2. COMPETITIVE SECTOR |

Athletes of both sexes are admitted to the competitive sector of the competition. They have to own a medical certificate or a sanitary-card to prove their physical fitness and they have to provide it with the registration. |

The start-number is strictly personal and numerically attributed to the competitor. The replacement of names is not admitted. All the competitors will have to stop in the zone reserved to them. In case of a defect of the snow-shoes can be reached the arrival-line with one snow-shoe in order to be classified. |
