Registration for La Ciaspolada: all the ways to take part

You can register for La Ciaspolada in person by visiting our office starting in December, or you can register online right now by filling out the form below, selecting the category that applies to you.

The registration fee varies depending on the category.
If you register online, you will be prompted to complete the process by paying via PayPal (alternatively, starting in early December, you may visit our office to register and make your payment in person, either in cash or by card.)

Regarding the collection of your race pack and any snowshoes (if applicable), those who register online must select one of the following three options:
- at our office (starting December 21st)
- at the starting area (on January 5th, from 8:00 AM onwards, at the designated stand near the La Ciaspolada starting line)
- at your hotel (available only if you are staying at one of the accommodation partners of La Ciaspolada; click HERE to view the list)

• Registration without snowshoe hire: € 15,00
• Registration with snowshoe hire: € 18,00

• Registration without snowshoe hire: € 7,00
• Registration with snowshoe hire: € 10,00

• Registration without snowshoe hire: € 30,00
• Registration with snowshoe hire: € 33,00

Registering for La Ciaspolada: everything you need to know

• The registration deadline for groups of 20 people is December 24th
• The registration deadline for individuals is the day before the race at 18.00
• For the competitive race it is necessary to give your date of birth and send a copy of the sports medical certificate or valid sports membership card
• In the event that even one snowshoe is not returned a fee will be charged of € 78,00
• Those who collect their snowshoes at the hotel where they are staying must return them on the same day as the event; for all others
• Snowshoes must be returned at the collection point near the start line or to La Ciaspolada offices by 3 days after the event, failure to do so will result in a hire fee of € 5,00 per day

RACE PACK
Each member will receive, in addition to the bib, the race package:

Please note: only those who pay the full amount are entitled to the race pack (additional members of the family package will not receive one).

REFUNDS
The reimbursement of the fees is foreseen only in the event that the event is canceled by the organization as a result of government regulations or orders. In case of renouncement by the members, also due to contagion from Covid or restriction in the regions of origin, the organization undertakes to deliver the race package, but not to reimburse the fees or issue bonuses for the next edition.


CAUSE PANDEMIC, AT THE DEPARTURE OF LA CIASPOLADA EVERY ENROLLMENT WILL HAVE TO FILL IN THE FOLLOWING FORM AND GIVE IT TO US; TO FASTEN THE PROCEDURE, YOU CAN PRINT IT, FILL IN IT ON JANUARY 8TH AND ARRIVE AT THE DEPARTURE WITH THE FORM IN HAND ALREADY READY (IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO EMAIL IT IN ADVANCE, THE DECLARATIONS DELIVERED IN ADVANCE WILL NOT BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION)
