You can register for La Ciaspolada in person by coming directly to our offices and picking up you race pack, or online by filling in the form below or by downloading the entry form for your category.
For registrations via forms the same must be sent to us by e-mail or fax together with the copy of the payment which must be done via bank transfer. The fees depend on the category you enter.
For online entries you will be asked to complete the procedure by paying by bank transfer or PayPal (if you prefer you can make the payment directly in our offices).

Registering for La Ciaspolada: everything you need to know
- The registration deadline for groups of 20 people is December 24th
- The registration deadline for individuals is the day before the race at 18.00
- For the competitive race it is necessary to give your date of birth and send a copy of the sports medical certificate or valid sports membership card
- In the event that even one snowshoe is not returned a fee will be charged of € 78,00
- Those who collect their snowshoes at the hotel where they are staying must return them on the same day as the event; for all others
- Snowshoes must be returned at the collection point near the start line or to La Ciaspolada offices by 3 days after the event, failure to do so will result in a hire fee of € 5,00 per day
Race pack being defined
Each member will receive, in addition to the bib, the race package as follows: backpack, neck warmer, bottle of Pejo water, 1/2 kg of Felicetti pasta, Melinda apples, Conad snacks and 1 lottery ticket "Try your luck with snowshoes" ( purchased upon registration)
REFUNDS
The reimbursement of the fees is foreseen only in the event that the event is canceled by the organization as a result of government regulations or orders. In case of renouncement by the members, also due to contagion from Covid or restriction in the regions of origin, the organization undertakes to deliver the race package, but not to reimburse the fees or issue bonuses for the next edition.
CAUSE PANDEMIC, AT THE DEPARTURE OF LA CIASPOLADA EVERY ENROLLMENT WILL HAVE TO FILL IN THE FOLLOWING FORM AND GIVE IT TO US; TO FASTEN THE PROCEDURE, YOU CAN PRINT IT, FILL IN IT ON JANUARY 8TH AND ARRIVE AT THE DEPARTURE WITH THE FORM IN HAND ALREADY READY (IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO EMAIL IT IN ADVANCE, THE DECLARATIONS DELIVERED IN ADVANCE WILL NOT BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION)
